How much does it cost to sell my home with BD Estates?
You get a choice of Pay Now, Pay Later or No Sale, No Fee – please see the fees page for exact costs.
Pay Now is a fixed fee to be paid upfront, or you can choose to pay in ten months’ time with the Pay Later option when you use our partner Optimus to find your conveyancer.
No Sale, No Fee gives you the option to pay only when we sell your home.
These fees cover everything you need to sell your home, including: a dedicated local agent to help you market and sell your property; your property advertised for sale on the site and major property portals; out of hours customer support through our call centre so we are always on hand to help; sales progression to help guide you from offer all the way through to completion. But because everyone’s needs are different, we offer a few optional extras:
If you’d rather not host viewings yourself, we can organise and host them for you when you purchase the viewings package.
We want everyone to have the opportunity to make their advert a Premium Listing on Zoopla or Rightmove. Rightmove data shows that this helps attract 36% more interest. Most homes need a valid Energy Performance Certificate when being sold, so we’ll make it easy for you to order one.
Whichever payment option you go for, you can also choose between the Core Bundle and the Premium Bundle. The Core Bundle includes everything you need to start selling your home, while the Premium Bundle also includes the viewings package and Premium Listings on Zoopla and Rightmove.

Please note that cancellation fees may apply in certain circumstances where services have been provided by us and you later choose to cancel your agreement or where you are in breach of our agreement to sell your home.
