After we’ve conducted your house valuation, you’ll get a full valuation report. And, because of your estate agent’s deep knowledge of your local area and the market, you can expect an accurate figure of your property value and where we think it should sit in the market.

Finalising your listing
When you’re ready to go, we’ll discuss our fees and choose the best payment plan for you, and we’ll help make sure you have the perfect listing. Want hosted viewings? Great. Ready to add on elevated photography? We’ve got you covered. It’s your sale, so it’s your choice.

Managing your viewings
Potential buyers can book house viewings through our platform. You’ll tell us your schedule and approve each viewing request. Opted for hosted viewings? We’ll take care of the scheduling and hosting.

Completing your sale
We’ll liaise with potential buyers on your behalf, bringing you all offers in a timely manner. We’ll help you get the ball rolling, finding a solicitor and managing your sale.
